JBA Medical is committed to delivering the highest level of quality service in the insurance industry. We take great pride in the panel of qualified physicians we have been able to bring together and are continuously searching to broaden our list.

Prior to adding a physician to our panel we send the physician a contract which lists certain conditions that JBA requires. JBA Medical performs a monthly check on Michigan and Florida Insurance Department’s for any press releases that would show issues against the physician. We then review the practitioner’s completed application and take special note of indices of active practice, including the presence of hospital admission privileges, and presence of unrestricted medical malpractice insurance. The physician must agree to never treat a person they perform an exam on in any current or future losses. The physician will submit to JBA their C.V., a copy of their medical license, and a copy of their Medical Malpractice insurance declaration page. All physicians are approved or rejected by our Quality Assurance Team after the completed documents are returned. We also speak with the physician or the office manager to gain further insight on their facility. JBA Medical always asks for a sample report from the doctor to review how the report is written and the quality of the examination.
