JBA Medical is excited to introduce you to our new web site. Some of the new features include documents sent to the adjusters will also be available on the web site. The adjuster must login and then index the claim where all documents will be available that JBA has processed. This feature will allow management to check the status or see any report sent at any time.

To submit an assignment just click on IME, PEER REVIEW or FILM REVIEW. You do not need to login to submit a claim. If you are submitting a claim with multiple patients, you have the option in the last box section of the IME request to list the names of the others that will need an IME appointment or Peer Review; or you can submit each patient individually. If submitting multiple patients please provide any information that is different from the initial information you completed. Also, please provide the date of birth for all patients.

When you submit an assignment you will automatically receive an email receipt with the JBA file number.

All records submitted via the web site comply with HIPAA regulation.

All JBA file notes are in real time.
